Since 2017, Joe has been engaged in client work as a designer / engineer at an international design consulting firm headquartered in Osaka, Japan. In 2019, his focus shifted to startups, where he contributed to new business creation and product design at companies such as adish Inc., AGRI SMILE Inc., and ZaPASS Japan Inc.
In August 2020, Joe joined O-DE Consulting as the CDO(Chief Design Officer), providing design and consulting services.
He excels in driving the 0-1 phase in business through the power of design, encompassing upstream business processes. At O-DE Capital, he serves as a design partner, specializing in incubating portfolio companies through design support and localization assistance.
